Hi, I'm Becki! Born and raised in St. Mary’s County, I proudly consider this place my home. Growing up, I watched my father run and operate his own family business, which instilled in me a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. While I am incredibly proud of his accomplishments, I always knew that my true passion lay in teaching and being with children. My mom was always my biggest supporter and cheerleader, encouraging me every step of the way. Armed with my teaching degree, I pursued my dream of owning my own preschool facility, which has been a lifelong aspiration. Before achieving this dream, I gained 13 years of valuable experience as both a teacher and director at various centers. In 2009, I proudly purchased Minds N Motion in Hollywood, followed by the Mechanicsville location in 2015. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch my business flourish, thanks to the support of my wonderful parents and dedicated staff. Family means everything to me; I cherish my close-knit relationships with my brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. I am also thrilled that my daughter has embraced the teaching profession and is now working alongside me, making this journey even more special.

Hi, I'm Sherri and have been with Minds N Motion since 2016. I have worked my way from a part-time aide to a teacher to now THE BIG KAHUNA (when Becki's not around). When I am not taking care of the children and staff in Hollywood, I am spending time with family and friends. My activities range from attending softball and baseball games to managing the Silver Hill Lions Club Demolition Derby!

My name is Lynsey, and I have a long-standing connection with Minds N Motion, having first joined as a daycare teacher in 2014. I am a proud mom to my son Jack and expecting my second child in May. Our family is excited to welcome baby girl Ellie in the spring. I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends. Being a mom is such a rewarding experience, and I cherish every moment of it. One of my favorite things to do with my family is travel to new places and explore new destinations together. I love working with kids of all ages because each age group brings something special. From the curiosity of toddlers to the creativity of older kids, every stage has its own magic. It's amazing to see them grow, learn, and express themselves in unique ways!

Hi, I’m G; you will often meet me at the door in the morning! I’ve been a part of Minds N Motion since 2016, and it has been an incredible journey! My husband, Haskell, and I have four amazing kids, four wonderful grandchildren! I love getting together with my big family, playing cards, and going shopping with my girls—those are the moments I cherish the most. There’s nothing better than laughter, love, and making memories with the people who mean the most to me. Feeling so blessed for all the love in my life!
