Two's gain independence through exploration and knowledge of their surroundings, as well as the acquisition of problem-solving skills.
Cognitive Development
Two's acquire creative and critical thinking skills as they learn more about their surroundings.
Language Development
Two's communication skills improve as they learn to use sounds, gestures, body language, sign language, and, eventually, oral and written language, as well as respond to and understand others.
Physical Development
Two's learn to coordinate and control gross and fine muscle movements while also developing a knowledge of health and safety concepts.
Social and Emotional Development
Two's learn about their own feelings and their relationships with others, such as family, friends, and community members. They also improve their capacity to connect with others and develop self-awareness.

Hi Everyone! I’m Ms. Cadence, and I am thrilled to be working with the children at Minds N Motion. I have wanted to work with children since I was young and have always looked up to my mother, who is a teacher. I don’t have a preferred age group, as I find joy in supporting children of all ages as they learn, grow, and develop. Although, I am enjoying my time with the two-year-olds as they are so curious, energetic, and always keep me on my toes. This opportunity has been beneficial for me to gain hands-on experience in the classroom while attending college and working towards my degree in Elementary Education. In my free time I enjoy cooking and baking of all sorts! I also love to go for walks with my dog around the local state parks. Thank you for entrusting me with your child’s care; I am honored to be part of their growth.

Hi! My name is Ms. Madison, and I joined the team in Spring 2026. I have always loved working with children and feel so lucky to be able to do something I truly enjoy every day. I currently work with our two-year-old classroom, where I love watching the children learn new things, grow their personalities, and reach new milestones. Building relationships with the children and helping them feel happy, safe, and loved is one of my favorite parts of my job. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and going to the beach! I currently am taking college classes to work towards my goal of becoming a kindergarten teacher, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing along the way!
